About Mary
I have been teaching students from Oct 2015. over the course of this time I have taught over 500 students in one to one sessions. I worked for Inver Hills Community College and Mathnesium as a Math tutor for almost 2 years. I have experience in teaching students and groups of different age levels. On the first day of tutoring I ask my students about their goal in the class and how much work they want to put into achieving their goals. Many of my students got into the programs they wanted to get into after being guided in the write direction.

I personally believe that every student has a potential to learn. The technique I use is, to explain a concept and then work on it's applications. I am highly appreciative of students who show determination to study and would love to work with students towards achieving their academic goals. As an educator I believe in positive criticism, that motivates the students to achieve their goals. I focus on helping the students learn the art of self-teaching so that they can prepare themselves to face challenges in the near future.
