My lessons are practical, patient, and focused on helping students get real results with their computers, apps, Office tools, AI, and basic software troubleshooting. I do not believe computer tutoring should overwhelm students with unnecessary theory. We start with what you want to accomplish, then break the task into clear, manageable steps.

A typical lesson begins with your specific goal: learning computer basics, organizing files, using Microsoft Word or Excel, setting up an app, solving a software problem, using AI, preparing a presentation, or becoming more efficient with everyday computer tasks. We usually work by screen sharing so I can guide you through the actual task on your own computer. I explain what each step does, help you practice it, and leave you with a simple process you can repeat.

What sets me apart is my focus on plain language, patience, and practical usefulness. My goal is not to turn every student into a programmer. My goal is to help people use technology with more confidence and less frustration.

These lessons are best for beginners through intermediate users, adults returning to technology, retirees, students, small-business owners, authors, and anyone who wants calm, step-by-step help with computers, apps, Office tools, AI tools, and everyday troubleshooting.
