About Lucy
Hi! I’m Lucy, and I’m a friendly and patient math tutor who loves helping younger students understand math and feel more confident.
I know that sometimes math can be confusing or frustrating, so I try to make my lessons fun, relaxed and easy to understand. I’m happy to explain things step-by-step and find different ways to teach something if it doesn’t make sense straight away.
I’m responsible, encouraging and always happy to help. My goal is to make students feel comfortable asking questions and proud of their progress!

I make my maths lessons fun, simple and easy to understand. I explain things step-by-step and make sure students understand each part before moving on. I can help students with their maths homework, practise topics they are finding difficult, and build their confidence.
Lessons are usually around 30–60 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and what they would like to work on. My lessons are aimed at primary school students who want some extra help with maths.
I am patient, friendly and happy to explain something in different ways if a student doesn’t understand it the first time. My goal is to make maths feel less stressful and more enjoyable!
