About Chiroh
I’m a 21-year-old tutor based in the UK, and I’ve always had a natural talent for maths and breaking down complex ideas into simple steps. I started helping friends and classmates during school, and over time I realised I had a real skill for explaining things in a way that just clicks. I currently tutor online and have worked with students who were struggling to keep up or lacked confidence in their abilities. With patience and a good sense of humour, I help students find their own rhythm and rebuild that confidence. Sometimes I find myself tying an equation to something that kids can relate to, such as a video game or a trend, so that they can understand the question more efficiently. Outside of tutoring, I’m a big fan of puzzles, logic games, and problem-solving — anything that challenges the brain. I also enjoy biking, gaming, and editing videos for fun (sometimes combining all three!). These hobbies help me stay creative with how I teach, using relatable examples and practical tips that actually stick. I know how overwhelming maths can feel when it’s not taught in a way that works for you, so my lessons are always tailored, pressure-free, and student-paced. Hello! I’m a 21-year-old online maths tutor from the UK with a passion for helping students understand maths in a calm, clear, and relatable way. I have been tutoring for 4 years now & I specialise in GCSE and foundation-level topics, but I’m happy to work with students of all abilities who want to improve their understanding, boost their grades, or prepare for exams. Whether you’re struggling with multiplication, division or standard equations, or more advanced topics like algebra, percentages, or worded problems, I can break it all down step by step. My goal is to make maths less scary and more manageable — especially if you’ve had a tough time with it in school. I teach in a friendly, pressure-free style that makes students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I’ve helped students go from “I hate maths” to “Wait, this actually makes sense.” I do lessons over Zoom, I offer flexible scheduling, and I provide a test lesson for free!
