About Elliot
I am a dedicated Trumpet tutor with 7 years of teaching and professional experience. I believe that music is a wonderful way to build confidence, creativity, and discipline. My passion is helping school and college students become skilled trumpet players while enjoying every stage of their learning journey.
My lessons are designed to suit each student's goals and learning style. I teach breathing techniques, posture, embouchure, tone production, articulation, rhythm, scales, sight-reading, ear training, music theory, and performance skills. I use simple explanations and practical exercises so students can understand every concept with confidence.
One of the greatest milestones in my career has been helping students perform successfully in school concerts, music festivals, and examinations. Watching their confidence grow through consistent practice has been my biggest achievement as an educator.
I believe every student deserves encouragement and individual attention. I create a friendly classroom where learners feel comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes, and celebrating every improvement.
Teaching is not just my profession—it is my passion. My goal is to inspire students to develop excellent musical skills while building confidence, patience, and a lifelong love for music.

My teaching approach is designed to make trumpet learning simple, practical, and enjoyable. Every lesson is customized according to the student's age, experience, and musical goals. I believe learning should always be encouraging, engaging, and focused on continuous improvement.
Motivation is at the center of my teaching style. I encourage students to believe in themselves, practice with dedication, and celebrate every milestone. Positive encouragement helps students stay focused and confident.
Communication allows students to understand difficult concepts more easily. I explain every topic step by step in simple English and use demonstrations to make learning effective. Students are always welcome to ask questions.
Integrity guides my professional teaching. I treat every student fairly, provide honest feedback, and encourage responsibility, discipline, and consistent effort in every lesson.
Creativity keeps students interested throughout their learning journey. I use breathing exercises, articulation practice, rhythm games, listening activities, musical interpretation, and performance opportunities to strengthen technical and artistic skills.
Besides trumpet, I teach music theory, rhythm reading, ear training, sight-reading, beginner improvisation, ensemble skills, and performance techniques. My goal is to help students become confident musicians who enjoy music throughout their lives.
