About Keyla
Hi! My name is Keyla and I'm currently a high school student finishing an associate's degree in pre-nursing. I've tutored AP Government at school and they received 4 on the exam. I've also tutored students on the Florida U.S. History EOC and they all received a 5.
Outside of school I'm a big reader! My favorite books are The Way I Used to Be and The Kite Runner.

I earned a 5 on AP U.S. Government, a perfect score on the Florida Civics EOC, and passed the Florida Civic Literacy Exam, giving me firsthand experience with the material I tutor.
My teaching style is patient and step-by-step. I break down complex topics into simple ideas, use practice questions, and focus on understanding rather than memorization
I tutor middle school Civics, high school U.S. History and Government, and college-level Civic Literacy Exam prep.
