About Shonnie's Studio of Art
I love helping people explore what art means to them. Individuals will learn from my teachings to develop the important fundamentals to excel in the art world. I have been doing art since I was 13 years old and have enjoyed it ever since. I started at Wasatch Junior High and through the years attended the Peterson Art Center. I have won several awards from participating in many art shows such as Hogle Zoo, Davis County Fair, Granite Furniture, and in my younger years Wasatch Junior High. I have taught classes for the disabled through the Utah Food Bank and individually for Davis County and Salt Lake areas. I currently teach art at West Jordan Elementary and individually through my business Shonnie's Studio of Art. I teach virtual classes all over the US and in person in Bountiful, Millcreek, and Taylorsville locations.

I teach most mediums with lessons involving elements of art, techniques, famous artists, and art history. I implement fun activities with chemistry, science, history, crafts, and fun painting/drawing ideas and exercises.
