I am Lex's Algebra 2 teacher and sponsor for the Computer Science competition. Lex has for the last 6 months has been coaching/teaching the Comp Science team. Lex in not only extremely knowledgeable in Java, he explains the material to the team with amazing clarity and patients. In the short time I have known Lex Pyle, he has proven to be very intelligent and passionate about learning and sharing his knowledge with others.

They are willing to slow down and work with you to make sure you really understand the material. They don’t just assume that because you’ve learned it once that it sticks. Although I am biased towards them because they are my partner I do truly think they are an amazing teacher. They are patient and compassionate. They love Computer Science and want everyone to be able to understand and love it too.
