About Torren
Hi!
My name is Torren. I've been playing classical percussion for over 13 years and jazz drums for about 10. After high school, I joined the Marine Corps as an enlisted bandsman. During my 4-year term, I toured the East Coast and southern United States, as well as South America, putting on performances and clinics for over a hundred audiences per year. I am currently pursuing a degree in Music Education, while working as a high school/middle school classical percussion instructor and drumline instructor.

I have a deep passion for helping players find their own sound and develop technical proficiency through practicing precision and exploration.
