About Niko
I am a dedicated Guitar instructor with 9 years of tutoring experience, teaching high school students, college learners, and adults who want to explore music through guitar. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 300 students, helping them build strong fundamentals and confidence in playing.
My teaching philosophy focuses on simple explanations, regular practice, and positive encouragement. I believe that every student can learn guitar when lessons are structured and supportive.
In my classes, students learn important guitar techniques such as chord shapes, rhythm control, strumming patterns, finger exercises, and basic music understanding. These skills help them develop smooth and confident playing.
I also include song practice in my lessons so students can apply their learning in real music. Playing songs makes learning more enjoyable and helps students stay motivated.
Through teaching many students, I have developed effective methods that make guitar learning easier for beginners.
Several of my students have gained the confidence to perform in school programmes and college events, which shows their progress and dedication.
My aim as a tutor is to help students build musical confidence, improve their guitar skills, and enjoy learning music.

My teaching approach for Guitar focuses on clear communication, understanding different learning styles, and making lessons practical and engaging. I believe every student learns music in a different way, so I adapt my teaching methods based on the student’s pace, goals, and interests.
During lessons, I teach essential Guitar techniques such as chord shapes, strumming patterns, rhythm control, scales, and finger exercises. I explain each concept step by step so students can easily understand and apply them in their practice. I also use real-life musical examples and case studies from songs and performances to help students see how Guitar techniques are used in real music.
This helps students connect theory with practical playing. Along with Guitar training, I introduce related subjects such as basic music theory, rhythm training, ear training, chord progressions, improvisation, and songwriting fundamentals. These subjects support Guitar learning and help students develop a deeper understanding of music.
I encourage regular practice, creativity, and musical expression so students can grow confidently. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students can build strong Guitar skills while enjoying the process of learning music.
