About Molly

In over 7 years of teaching, I have seen how French can sharpen the mind and expand understanding. With my Bachelor of Science in Foreign Language Education (French), I create lessons that merge language mastery with critical thinking. I specialize in helping students prepare for literature and theory-heavy university exams. We read with purpose, asking how each text reflects its time, author, and deeper meaning. Critical theory frameworks are introduced to deepen analysis and expand perspective. Essay writing is taught as both an art and a discipline, with attention to style, clarity, and rigor. Students learn to structure arguments logically and support them with scholarly research. Our discussions are dynamic, encouraging debate and reflection. I adapt content to challenge each student appropriately. By the end of our work together, you’ll have both the skill and the confidence to engage with French literature at the highest level. I believe mastery comes from combining curiosity with discipline.

About the lesson

My teaching style is practical, fast-paced, and focused on the technology we use daily. You’ll learn the vocabulary for describing gadgets, explaining functions, and talking about digital services. We use rapid-fire drills to make the words stick. Role-play activities prepare you for situations like asking for repairs or teaching someone how to use an app. Immigrant/Newcomer learners get practical, everyday skills for quick communication. Academic/Linguist students get advanced expressions for formal or academic discussions. Grammar and conversation are practiced together so you improve in both areas. I make sure pronunciation is clear, so you’re easily understood. Lessons are interactive and encourage active participation. Every step is designed to build your confidence in speaking about technology. By the end, you’ll feel ready to handle any tech conversation in French.
