About Jacob
Singing often feels like a puzzle that requires both physical awareness and mental focus. I have taught 309 students over 11 years to master their vocal range and pitch control. Most of my work involves helping teens and intermediate learners find their unique sound. The studio environment is where I feel most comfortable sharing my knowledge of performance confidence. I rely on a background in the Latin music scene to teach rhythm and phrasing. My degree from the University of Melbourne provides the foundation for my technical lessons. I enjoy guiding advanced learners through complex harmony singing and microphone technique. Every session prioritizes vocal health and care to ensure long-term development. Many singers struggle to maintain their pitch when the music gets technically demanding. I address this by using consistent warm up exercises that stabilize the breath. My approach relies on 11 years of experience in the industry to fix common phrasing errors. Students receive free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes. This resource helps you practice independently between our scheduled meetings. I emphasize clarity and control in every note you sing. The goal is to make your voice feel reliable in any performance setting. I provide honest feedback to keep your progress moving in the right direction. My instruction is built on the academic background I earned at the University of Melbourne.
