About Deeptha
I have been learning Bharathanatyam since the age of 6, and it has been integral in bringing structure, discipline and creativity in all other aspects of my life. I have supported my dance teacher's school in Chennai in the past in her group dance productions, setting choreographies and also mentoring the new batches of students. I am keen on passing this knowledge to aspiring young artists in Bangalore.

Through my classes you will learn the basic adavus and talam that are foundational to the artform. You will gradually move onto learn an entire margam (Allarippu to Thillana). Each class will begin and end with warm up and cool down exercises, and include a short talam session.
Classes are available for both adults and children (>6yrs).
Class duration: 1hr
Frequency: One or two classes per week
