About Martha
Having performed many years on operatic stages in several different countries is one thing. 45 years is a lot of time spent on the stage. However, not all singers/actors/performers have the gift of teaching. I love both disciplines. Diction training in French, German, Italian, Spanish and Russian are extremely important. I speak German and English fluently. I am familiar with and have performed many Oratorios and sung concerts throughout Europe and the States.

Vocal technique is based on the classical Bel Canto School. The vocal teachings of Martiessen/Lohman are also implemented. Opera, Operetta, classical Musicals, Lieder, Art Song are taught.
Many successful students of all voice types are enjoying professional careers in Europe and USA. Founded International Opera Workshop in Austria. Currently directing The Opera Workshop in the Flint Hills.
