About Maria do Carmo
From an early age, I've been interested in self-development, and throughout my life I've applied reflection techniques to make decisions.
I graduated in chemical engineering because of my passion for nature and I have lived in China and Denmark. I have also been in a long-distance relationship for 2 years. Now my partner and I are together.
I returned to Portugal in January 2021, and the stability of returning to my roots gave me the opportunity to focus and pursue the dream of helping others to realize what they really want and bring out the best in themselves.
I am certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Coaching, by the transformation academy.
