About Madelynne
I’m Madelynne Cornish, a qualified Practitioner Coach based in Victoria, Australia.
I came to coaching through a longstanding curiosity about people: how we change, the assumptions we carry about ourselves, the choices we make and what becomes possible when we give ourselves the space to explore.
I trained with Noble Manhattan Coaching and hold a Practitioner Coach qualification. My approach is client-centered, grounded in curiosity, careful listening and thoughtful questioning. Each coaching relationship begins with the individual: what matters to you, what you want to explore and where you would like the conversation to take you.
I work with women who are moving through change, questioning what they want, or beginning to sense that something in their life no longer fits in the way it once did.
My coaching style is thoughtful, curious and conversational. I listen closely and ask questions that create space for you to think out loud, notice what is emerging and discover what feels true to you.
Alongside my coaching practice, I am an audiovisual artist, facilitator and mentor. These different strands of my professional life share something important: a deep interest in exploration, possibility and allowing new ways of thinking to emerge.
For me, coaching is a space where you can give yourself permission to explore what matters to you and discover what might be possible next.

My approach to coaching begins with curiosity and the understanding that our lives continue to evolve. Sometimes something that once felt right simply no longer fits.
Coaching offers a space to pause, think out loud and explore what is happening for you without judgement or expectation. Through conversation, careful listening and thoughtful questions, we explore what matters to you, what you may be noticing or questioning, and what might be possible next.
Each session begins with what you want to explore that day. The conversation unfolds from there, giving you space to hear yourself think, notice what is emerging and gain greater clarity about what feels true to you. What emerges from the session is yours: your awareness, your choices and your next steps.
Sessions are 60 minutes and are generally held fortnightly, giving you time between sessions to notice and reflect on what has emerged. I work with clients over a minimum of four sessions, allowing time for exploration to unfold and for insights and new possibilities to develop between our conversations.
I work with adult women who are moving through change, questioning what they want, or sensing that something in their life no longer fits. You can arrive with a particular question or simply a sense that there is something you would like to explore more deeply. Curiosity is enough.
