I am teacher associates in the elementary school system. Compassion, discipline, and consistency are the qualities that a teacher should possess to motivate and instill confidence in his/her students. My lessons will be full of detailed information. I like going from the basics of a topic to the next levels so that students have the idea of why we are learning the topic and where it is going to help us in life. I like including fun tasks while learning, which makes it easy and full of excitement for my students. I do ask questions to make sure my students are actually getting what I am trying to teach them. I also give time to ask questions in case my students have any.
