About Paul
Im a self employed enterpreneur, I’m working for my family and doing fitness training parttime as a hobby. I got into fitness at a very young age and I have been practising ever since I notice I hardly fall sick and whatever I do I do at easy and my life is also well organise and I feel very much alive and well so I taught i share this gift to the world, I’m also a health and fitness enthusiast. I’m a bit of a hopeless romantic people often Misidentify me as an American or Indian lol I enjoy art, music and fashion. I’m also a nutritionist and some will say I have high standards and taste also I can give a good massage.

I’m easy going and understnding with my students having in mind that exercise is suppose to be fun, I understand that not everyone has the same Capacity/Stamina to withstand pressure, Im not going to tell u this jourey will be easy but I can promise u a visible result. I give my students all the time and attention they need, I understand that must of the time we have to First conquer the war with in ourselves. I also listen to my Clients carefully to understand what their goals are and then I will suggest a few sets of programmes for them to do to achieve them.
