About Paige
I’m a certified personal trainer and running coach with a strong focus on helping people build consistency, confidence, and sustainable results.
My background is rooted not just in training, but in understanding how difficult it can be to stay consistent when life gets busy, overwhelming, or unpredictable. Because of that, my coaching goes beyond workouts — I help people build routines that actually fit their lives and are realistic to maintain.
I’ve worked with beginners, individuals getting back into fitness, and those training for their first 5K or marathon. I also lead a running community, which has given me experience supporting people at different levels and helping them stay motivated over time.
My approach is supportive, structured, and adaptable. I meet you where you are, help you build momentum, and guide you toward long-term progress — not just short-term results.

My coaching focuses on one of the biggest challenges people face with fitness and running — staying consistent.
Instead of overwhelming plans or one-size-fits-all programs, I build lessons around what’s actually realistic for you. That means taking into account your current level, your schedule, your energy, and your goals.
A typical session may include:
a dynamic warm-up and mobility work
strength or conditioning exercises
running drills, pacing, or endurance work (if applicable)
short, focused challenges to build confidence
a quick check-in to adjust your plan moving forward
I keep sessions structured but flexible, so we can adapt based on how you’re feeling that day. The goal is to help you show up consistently, not perfectly.
What sets me apart is my focus on consistency and mindset. Many of my clients come to me after struggling to stick with routines in the past. I help you build something sustainable, so you’re not constantly starting over.
My lessons are best suited for:
