About Kendra
I am an active person who has competed my entire life. My focus is to inspire individuals and motivate them along their fitness and sporting journey
I'm qualified as a coach in different sporting codes as well as a sport scientist, sports massage therapist and personal trainer.
My passion is racket, water and equestrian sports.
My strengths in training is improving cardiovascular endurance and musculoskeletal endurance, strength and conditioning and especially injury rehabilitation and reentry into sport.
