About Maria
I believe fitness is a journey, not a destination. Starting as a novice myself, I've learnt firsthand the importance of sustainable habits, consistent strength training and a holistic approach to health. Now I'm a personal trainer dedicated to guiding others on their own journey to a stronger, healthier and more fulfilling life. I won't just give you workouts; I'll help you build a foundation for lifelong wellness. I'm a Level 3 certified personal trainer with a focus on: - Goal setting and getting motivated - Form, strength, mobility, and flexibility - Staying safe while exercising - Adopt healthier nutritional habits I challenge myself with indoor and outdoor rock climbing and regular running and cycling.
