I have always been a sports lover, but I have been practicing seriously for 6 years. The sports I practice the most are CrossFit, mountain biking and running. I am passionate about motivating and helping people improve their physical and mental fitness.

My method is mainly based on functional 20-30 minutes workouts focused on the upper, lower body, whole body or the abdominal or core area for an improvement of cardiovascular, respiratory and muscle strength and endurance. The price includes preparation of the session, assessment of the student's physical condition and monitoring of evolution for next sessions. The sessions can usually be by videoconference, skype, zoom, WhatsApp, facetime. If the client prefers at home there is an extra for travel and time invested.
