I have a degree in Sports Science and Physical Activity, I have experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for 5 years. I am also a professional dancer of ballet, contemporary and urban dance. So, I am able to teach dance.

My base is focused on strength and flexibility training using different techniques such as workout, HIIT, TRX training,... In the case that you only want to have fun, I can offer Zumba, dance classes,... In the case that you want to improve your health, we could work on Pilates, stretching, yoga,...
