About Mateus

I am a personal trainer for the profession, I like to understand what my student needs, you will be treated as a human being and not as an exercise machine. As I said before, I like to get the most out of each student, but I know how to understand that people have their lives beyond training. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

About the lesson

My personalized training method aims to get the most out of my students. Providing them with health and well being. I always work on the goal of my student, aiming at an improvement in their physical abilities: Strength, Flexibility, Agility, Speed and Endurance.

Goals that I have property in working on.

- Physical Conditioning
- Functional training

Classes are dynamic, they can be held in gyms, parks, or at home.

Online and semi-presential consulting are some of my services in addition to personal in person.
