About Francesca
After 15 years of gym and artistic gymnastics I dedicated myself to the study of fitness and personal training obtaining 2 European certifications. I have many years of experience in this field. I also attended several seminars and workshops at DogPund (New York), the famous gym of the Vicotria's Secret models, where I learned a lot of useful notions and effective exercises that I include in my training sessions.

My approach consists of a first general evaluation, the development of a targeted training, customized based on preferences and objectives. Functional, effective and always different workouts (zero boredom). My lessons are suitable for all those who want to keep fit, lose weight, tone up, but have no desire / time to waste hours going to the gym. Don't have tools? no problem, they are all provided by me!

Il miglior allenamento che si possa desiderare. Francesca è una persona competente, simpatica, super paziente, puntualissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa (soprattutto con una come me che ha mille dubbi e domande). Gli allenamenti con lei al parco sotto casa sono tosti, senti che lavorano zone del corpo che io davo per disperse!! SUPER RACCOMANDATA!!
