I am a personal trainer and nutritional advisor with 8 years of experience. Title in the Sports Coaches Training and Certification System (SICCED) taught by CONADE, Mexico. Cada 4 semanas cambia de rutina y de régimen alimenticio lo que ha conseguido que vea grandes resultados.
