I consistently aim to take a holistic approach with clients by implementing a combination of exercise/physical activity and wellness consulting to facilitate positive outcomes and a more streamlined pathway towards their health / fitness goals. This is achieved through the development of programs that are individualized, evidence-based, progressive, and can fit in with life’s many demands. For those engaged in a personal training program, you will gain access to the following features,
Comprehensive Fitness / Health Assessments
-Implementation of an initial fitness/health assessment at the start of our program that covers multiple areas of fitness / general health in addition to routine reassessments to ensure that you are making objective progress throughout our time working together.
Individualized Workouts
-Appropriately challenging, progressive, engaging, and safe workouts that we will perform together when we meet for sessions which are developed based on your health needs, goals, and training preferences.
Independent Exercise Routine Development
- Development of individualized exercise routines to follow outside of sessions which can be performed in a variety of contexts including at home, gyms, outdoors, or when traveling. These routines will allow you to be effective in independent workouts as it will include outlines of which workouts to complete on certain days of the week, appropriately challenging weights/reps/ intensity, helpful tips and notes from sessions with picture/video samples of each movement being performed to improve technique and safety.
