I love to get to know the individual and figure out their specific goals, schedule, and preferences to write them a program that works best for them. I love changing it up and programing different types of exercises and methods to keep the program fun.
I have been involved in CrossFit and sports ever since I was a kid. I developed a love for fitness and nutrition and I am currently studying sports nutrition at the University of Washington and enjoy helping my friends out with programming and coaching.
