My name is Luca, I am a Kinesiologist and Personal trainer and since I was a child physical activity has been a passion for me, an outlet valve and a reason for discipline and perseverance. I have achieved good results in various sports (basketball, boxing, Olympic weightlifting), always combining them with a good physical preparation in the gym.
I decided to make my passion my job, graduating in Exercise and Sports Sciences at the University of the Studies of Rome "Foro Italico". They are also:
- 1st Level FIPE Technician (coach / personal trainer)
- 1st Level ASI Body Building Instructor
I have been active in the fitness sector since 2016, collaborating as a weight room, Personal Trainer and Functional Training instructor at various Roman fitness centers.
