Since beginning my training with Robbie my whole relationship with the gym has change significantly but not only that, my perspective on it has to. I used to be that guy that would just focus purely on muscle gain and pay no attention to diet, recovery or even my form within the gym. All that changed when i began working with Robbie. He focuses on form above all else and puts more emphasis on perfect form than lifting heavy straight of the bat as it should be done.
Robbie showed me how to have a healthy relationship with food instead of restricting ya self of everything. This is something i always struggled with, until Robbie showed me a healthy and consistent way of tracking calories and macros and that is where i starting seeing my best results, ensuring protein was hit.
Robbie also made me see the results of the gym not just on the body but on the mind to, my sleep improved drastically and my confidence skyrocketed and i dealt with stress and stressful situations in a much healthier and better manner than i ever did.
The thing that makes Robbie the ideal PT is he genuinely cares about the people in the gym and watching them flourish, from seeing you hit a new PB on an exercise or just sounding more confident within yourself and commenting on how you can see results. Goes back to the saying ‘Trust the process’ and he truly shows you that is the case and how a few minor changes bring about huge results.The reason I approached RCB was that I was already training but I was unable to stay consistent, and get the results I wanted.
