About Ciara
I have 10+ years experience in the gym and taught myself how to efficiently change my body to become the healthiest and strongest version of myself.
I then turned this love into a career and now help many gym members do the same.
Throughout Lockdown I played a vital part in helping the mental health of the gym
members by providing 4 zoom classes per week for everyone in the comfort of their own home , this not only gave them a release of stress from the current situation but it enabled them to talk to eachother like normal as if we were in the gym together.
I also completed a 100 burpees a day challenge for AwareNI , a mental health charity in Northern Ireland and every day in January I completed this and no I instead 5 people per day to complete it with me , this created a massive sense of togetherness in the community at a time where we were all kept apart due to Covid19.
