Welcome to M.C.D Fitness, founded by Martin Dealey, a qualified Personal Trainer with over 17 years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
Martin's background in competitive swimming and Martial Arts has helped him make his mark in the fitness world. At M.C.D Fitness, client satisfaction is of utmost importance, and Martin's friendly motivation and rapport-building skills have helped him retain long-standing clients for over 16 years.
With a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Advanced Weight Loss Advisor and Nutritional Advisor qualifications under his belt, M.C.D Fitness aims to change the way people think about fitness and set their clients on the path to a healthier and successful lifestyle.
