About Danny
I’ve been a personal trainer for around 15 years, working both in person and online with people from all walks of life. Over the years, I’ve coached everyone from complete beginners to busy professionals who are juggling work, family, and everything in between. I’ve also worked with well-known fitness companies such as Peloton and V Shred, which gave me a lot of experience coaching at a high standard and adapting to different personalities and goals. I’m passionate about helping people improve their health, confidence, and mindset, not just for a few weeks, but long term. I care about my clients and take the time to understand what’s actually going on in their lives so the plan fits them, not the other way around. I’ll support you, encourage you, and push you when needed, but I’ll also be honest and practical so you’re never guessing what to do next. I believe training should improve your life, not take it over. My goal is to help you build strength, endurance, and healthier habits in a way that’s realistic, sustainable, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a coach who listens, holds you accountable, and helps you create real lifestyle change rather than quick fixes, you’ll feel right at home working with me.

My teaching method and techniques I coach real people with real lives. Everything I do is built around your lifestyle so the plan is effective, realistic, and sustainable. I break things down clearly so there’s no guessing, and I focus on consistency over perfection. I’ll support you, but I’ll also be honest and direct when needed. I’m here to coach, guide, and problem solve with you, not just cheer from the sidelines. A typical lesson plan We start by talking through your goals, your schedule, any injuries or limitations, and what’s been holding you back. From there, I build a custom plan that fits your life. Sessions are structured but flexible, and as you progress we adjust things together so you keep moving forward without burning out or overthinking. What sets me apart as a tutor I’ve been coaching for around 15 years and have worked with well-known companies such as Peloton and V Shred. That experience has taught me how to get the best out of people, not just for a few weeks, but long term.
