As your Personal Trainer, I help you improve your fitness, strengthen your body and health, and overcome your emotional barriers that may be keeping you from getting what you want. Can be outdoor or indoor.

I use HITBANDANCE program

Its a mixture of fitness & dance class focusing on building
STRENGTH and CARDIO and recovering with dancing using bands, all  in one CLASS.

Why it’s important to put these three elements together.

BECAUSE when you do STRENGTH training you
BURN calories but you burn less than 
during  Cardio training, but  after training your body keep Burning.

When you do CARDIO you
BURN MORE Calories than strength training but
After TRAINING you don't BURN more.

Therefore, combing the two, you maximise the results.
How don't lose motivation?
Normaly people give up easily during recovery in a normal fitness workout, they get bored doing repetitive exercise, and they may even struggle to come back after recovery, losing motivation, momentum, energy etc.

"This is why I created this new form of training, is to utilise dancing with bands as the recovery so you are motivated to continue your training and maximise your results. One big benefit of using bands to dance is to activate the small muscles, joint, core, balance, gravity centre, and coordination of whole body.
