About Erwin
I have a good 10 years experience working in commercial gyms and have trained over a hundred clients. It has definitely taught me a lot. I believe that exercise systems come and go but the fundamentals are the same. It is important to know your body and discover it's capabilities and limits as each person is different. Consistency is the key to achieving results and the fitness journey is an amazing experience.
