My teaching method is self paced. I believe that there is not a specific way to eat or burn fat. Everyone is different and has different goals. I also belive that if your not motivated or happy, we need to reevaluate your plan.
I am a student and studying health coaching. I have worked in a nursing home creating meal plans and therapy as well as working in a daycare and school system teaching kids about good foods and fun fat burning activities!
