Fitness is one of the 4 pillars of health, not only will moving your body make you feel unstoppable it is so contagious and once you start you will not want to stop!

Come and train with me and I will design an exciting, enjoyable, flexible, unique plan tailored for the type of exercise you enjoy. I also offer online sessions if you prefer!

I have transformed my life and dropped 4 dress sizes, from a size 18 to a size 10, 5 stone, 32kg, 70lbs without extreme restriction, yoyo-dieting, eating carbs, eating chocolate and eating Mc Donalds! I have also helped so many people do the same!
