About Ruby

Hi! I'm Ruby.

I became fluent in French in 2021 from being a beginner in 2020, and I would love to help you do the same! Learning a second language as an adult can seem impossible - I'm here to prove to you that it is not.

I've lived in France for over three years and have thus been able to learn this beautiful and complex language, in all its quirks and colloquialisms, while immersed in rich French culture with native-speakers.

My experience tutoring both in-person and online, as well as my official foreign language teacher training, have equipped me with the necessary skills to provide an engaging and efficient learning programme, personalised for each student.

Whatever your goals and background, I'd be honoured to embark upon this journey with you!

Je suis devenue courante en français en 2021 alors que j'était débutante en 2020 - je serai super contente de vous aider à faire pareil! Apprendre une deuxième langue en tant qu'adulte peut sembler impossible - je suis là pour prouver que cela ne l'est pas le cas!

J'ai veçu en France pendant plus que trois ans et alors j'ai pu apprendre cette langue - si belle et complex avec ses particularités et ses expressions familiers - en étant immergé dans la riche culture française avec les français et françaises.

Mon expérience de tutorat, ainsi que ma formation officielle d'enseignant de langues étrangères, m'ont avec les outils et les capacités nécessaires pour offrir un programme d'apprentissage à la fois stimulant, efficace, et personnalisé pour chaque étudiant.

Quels que soit vos objectifs ou parcours, je serais ravie de vous accompagner sur ce chemin avec vous.

About the lesson

I have a good sense of what really helps when it comes to language learning. Having developed my own skills from beginner to advanced, I can guide students to find the learning style that best suits them.

I aim to strike the perfect balance between providing structure for progression and following the student to accompany them on their unique learning path. Rest assured, I will provide all the necessary advice, information, and guidance to enable you to achieve you goals.

I offer a flexible, last-minute-cancellation friendly calendar. I'm here to serve your learning needs and completely understand that life happens! So if you need to reschedule - no problem! Need an early lesson to fit in your learning before other life commitments? I'll be up with you!
