About Fatima
Hi, I’m Fatima Khaksar, a friendly and patient maths tutor who genuinely enjoys turning “I don’t get it” into “Oh, that’s easy!”. Maths has always been my favourite subject, and tutoring lets me share that passion while helping students feel proud of their progress. I understand that every learner is different, so I listen carefully, explain ideas in simple language, and never judge questions. My goal is to build your confidence step by step, celebrate small wins, and show you that with the right support, you are absolutely capable of mastering maths.

In my lessons, I break topics into simple steps, use plenty of examples and past-paper style questions, and encourage students to think aloud so I can spot and fix misconceptions quickly. Each class is typically 60 minutes and combines short explanations with guided practice and homework review to make sure progress is steady and visible. I have strong maths knowledge and private tutoring experience, helping learners who struggle as well as those aiming for top grades in Algebra, Trigonometry, STEM maths and MAT-style problems. My students are usually middle-school, GCSE/O-level, A-level or early university students who want clear explanations, exam strategies and patient support. Lessons are personalised to each student’s level and goals: together we set targets, track progress and adjust the pace so you never feel rushed or left behind. Whether you prefer exam-focused drills or concept-first learning, I create a calm, motivating environment where questions are always welcome and mistakes are treated as part of the learning process.
