About Sara
I’m a dedicated student who will be studying Mathematics at university with a passion for helping others excel in Maths. I achieved six Grade 9s at GCSE, including Maths and Further Maths and am predicted an A* in Maths A-level. I have one year of tutoring experience with a professional tutoring company. My experience has taught me how to break down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand steps and share invaluable exam tips and tricks to boost your confidence.

Maths Tutoring with a Top Achieving Student! I offer GCSE Maths and Further Maths Tutoring (any exam board) for students in Year 7 to Year 11 as well as those in primary school who may need a little extra help in improving their maths skills. I offer online lessons for your own convenience and flexibility. The first lesson will consist of addressing any topics/ areas the student struggles with and coming up with a long term plan on how to improve their skills in these areas. A typical lesson consists of a quick starter which I use to assess the student’s confidence on a specific topic and from there we will work together on exam style questions while simultaneously building confidence through independent practice towards the end of the lesson. Each student will be set homework weekly on the topics covered during the lesson to ensure they retain and consolidate their knowledge and what they have learnt long term. When it comes to exam season there will be more of a focus on past exam questions and I will be available between lessons for any worked solutions on individual questions.
