About Noa
I’m Noa Covelo, a certified Somatic Movement Therapist and movement analysis specialist (Laban/Bartenieff), with a BA in Theater and Dance from Spain. With over 7 years of experience teaching contemporary dance to various age groups, I combine my passion for dance with techniques that encourage self-expression, body awareness, and creativity. I have worked internationally, including in New York, and was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship in 2024. My teaching philosophy centers on using movement as a way to connect with oneself, build confidence, and find joy in self-expression through dance.

In my personalized contemporary dance lessons, I focus on helping you explore your body’s natural movement and connect with your emotions through dance. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, my sessions are designed to meet your individual needs and goals. We will work on body awareness, fluidity, and creative expression using Somatic Movement Therapy techniques (Laban/Bartenieff), improvisation, and choreography. My approach is holistic, guiding you to deepen your connection to yourself, release tension, and enjoy the freedom of movement. These lessons are perfect for those seeking a mindful, expressive, and personal experience with dance.
