About Christian
Hi, I'm Christian! I'm a high school senior, vocalist, pianist, and organist with a passion for helping students discover the joy of music. After learning from inspiring teachers throughout my own musical journey, I'm excited to share that same encouragement and love of music with others.
I have experience teaching 4th and 5th graders with the Melrose Youth Chorus, perform multiple concerts each year with my school's Honors Choir, sing with the Beethoven Society of Melrose, and serve as a singer, pianist, and organist for churches throughout the greater Boston area. These experiences have helped me develop strong musicianship, confidence as a performer, and a love for working with people of all ages.
In my lessons, I focus on building a solid musical foundation while making learning enjoyable and encouraging. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to strengthen your skills, I'll tailor each lesson to your goals and help you grow with confidence. I look forward to making music with you!

Every lesson is personalized to each student's age, experience level, and musical goals. Whether you're just beginning or looking to build on existing skills, lessons are designed to help you progress at a comfortable pace while making music enjoyable and rewarding.
All students develop a strong musical foundation by learning music theory, reading sheet music, scales, chords, rhythm, and proper technique appropriate for their instrument.
Voice Lessons: Each lesson begins with vocal warm-ups and breathing exercises, followed by technique work focused on healthy singing, tone, pitch, and confidence. As students develop these skills, they apply them by learning songs that match their interests and ability level.
Piano Lessons: Students build strong fundamentals through scales, chords, sight-reading, and technique while learning music from the Bastien Piano Basics series that best matches their current level. As they progress, they'll gain the skills and confidence to play a wide variety of music.
My goal is to create a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and excited to grow as musicians.
