About
I’m a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with experience teaching Vinyasa Flow and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I’m also currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis while working as a mid-level supervisor supporting children and families. My background has strengthened my ability to communicate, build individualized approaches, and create supportive environments for people with different needs and experience levels. I’m passionate about making yoga approachable, personalized, and enjoyable, whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to grow your existing practice.
