About Shany

My journey has been shaped by the grace of figure skating and the discipline of gymnastics. As I grew older, the search for a lasting passion led me to yoga. This practice captured my heart several years ago and led me to undertake an intensive 200-hour training in Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa, a dynamic and fluid form of yoga, particularly fascinated me with its synchronization of movement and breath, creating a harmonious flow. My adventure reached its peak in Bali, Indonesia, where I obtained my certification. My classes are designed to accommodate all levels, including beginners, as well as specific needs related to certain health conditions. Passionate and dedicated, I am thrilled to share this passion with you in every session, integrating the grace and fluidity of Vinyasa into our practices.

About the lesson

As a passionate yoga instructor, I bring a unique blend of tradition and modernity to my teaching. I also specialize in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin, Prenatal, Postnatal, and Mommy and Baby yoga. My classes are designed to provide a holistic and immersive experience, incorporating various techniques and interactive teaching methods.

Each session flows seamlessly, combining postures, breathwork, and meditation. My approach is inclusive and tailored to all levels, fostering harmony between body and mind.

I’m attentive to any specific requests and can teach in both French and English.

I exclusively work with women.

Perfect! PERFECT ! I You should try Shany's classes ! Whether you are beginners, intermediates, or if you have practiced yoga through group classes or online videos. Her classes have the power to elevate your yoga journey to the next level.

Even if you've never tried yoga before, I highly recommend her. Shany is incredibly patient and will guide you through the process at your own pace. In my case, it was my very first yoga class, and I had the opportunity to learn about each yoga pose, including the Sun Salutation. She teaches techniques that prioritize proper alignment, and her hands-on guidance for adjusting yoga poses made me feel more grounded and improved my overall posture.

Shany's explanations of the anatomy of each yoga pose deepened my appreciation for the practice. After her personalized yoga sessions, I always feel rejuvenated, full of energy, and incredibly happy. I'm also thrilled with the progress I've made.
