Accountability is a high priority so, prior to beginning the tutoring program, a thorough discussion concerning topics (beginner to advanced) that the student wishes to address is completed. From that information a personalized and customized package (including a session-by-session workbook) is presented to the student for their consideration and agreement. Upon agreeing to the course of action an agenda is prepared showing the goals of the student and tutor and is signed by student and tutor to guide both through the sessions. This is also used at the conclusion of the sessions to evaluate the student's progress and achievement of their goals.
