Juan es muy paciente y educado. Corrige tus movimientos y te enseña de una manera que se siente fraternal. Aparte también se toma el tiempo de no solo darte la clase sino de inducirte a un estado de calma a través meditación guiada y ejercicios de respiración. Disfrute mucho de la clase y de sus enseñanzas.
Practiqué Yoga con mi querido Juan, luego de un largo tiempo de alejarme de la práctica, y él logro que regresara el entusiasmo por volver a practicar y calmar mente, cuerpo y alma en pocas sesiones. Además tiene un espíritu colaborativo que me encanta, recuerdo cuando estábamos confinados por la pandemia hicimos varias sesiones para enviar-recibir luz, y para fortalecernos juntos como hermanos que somos 100% recomendado 🩵
