Hi, I’m Ritika. I really enjoy teaching yoga and helping people feel better in their daily life.
I keep my sessions simple and easy to follow, especially for beginners. I understand that starting yoga can feel confusing or difficult, so I focus on making it comfortable and not overwhelming.
For me, yoga is not just about exercise, it’s about feeling calm, improving flexibility, and staying consistent. I try to create a friendly environment where you can learn at your own pace without pressure.
I also take online classes and guide students based on their individual needs and goals.
