About Francesca
Hi, I am Francesca, a yoga teacher certified with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Professionals. I am originally from Italy but I have livedin London for five years.
I teach vinyasa yoga both in private and group classes and restorative and sculpt yoga in private classes.
Yoga came at time when I needed to feel grounded and changed my life both mentally and physically.
I truly believe that with consistency and practice yoga can really transform your life. And my aim is to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible. Whether you are new to yoga or have practised before and not felt connected, I hope you are going to feel welcome in my classes I'm here to help you access all the benefits that a regular yoga practice can bring you by acquiring the tools to live a more balanced and mindful life both on and off the mat.

My philosophy towards teaching yoga is based on an understanding that every body is unique anatomically, physiologically and emotionally – with this in mind, I always focus on foundations first.
I am trained both on Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga but I personally prefer to teach Vinyasa purely because of the creativity of flow and quick pace. I also teach a slower Vinyasa class style and Yoga Sculpt which is a strengthening Yoga class including repetitive Yoga transitions to boost the heart rate, improve balance and tone the body. My classes are always relaxing but challenging at the same time as I’ll always energetically and positively encourage, but never push, and allow you to do you.
I tailor all my private classes to my student needs and objectives, and I’m here to support and facilitate, not simply instruct.
I am currently offering only online classes and I can teach yoga in Italian and English.
