I met Yael, the owner, 6, almost 7 years ago. She was my first yoga instructor I had ever had. I remember crying when I was in pigeon pose and wondering if I was crazy lol, only to find out it's a common thing when the great release happens. Great classes, each student gets personal attention, speed of class is just right. Yael take care to show and describe every Asana in detail, watch took make sure everyone does it right, and give enough time to breathe in to each pose and in between poses.

Love the friendly and welcoming vibe here. This place is probably my favorite yoga studio in Dallas. It's cozy and Yael the instructor are wonderful. She always give you modifications so the classes are great for both beginners and advanced yogis. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
