About Başak
I am an occupational therapist with a Master’s degree in cognitive rehabilitation and currently pursuing a PhD in neuroscience. For the past three years, I have been actively teaching yoga, integrating my clinical and academic background into my sessions. I have received specialized training in neurodevelopmental and compassion-through yoga approaches. My primary focus is on supporting the nervous system through trauma-informed, gentle, and personalized practices. I create a safe and calm environment where each student can reconnect with their body, emotions, and inner sense of balance—no previous yoga experience required.
